After your order have been processed and is on it’s way to you, you’ll receive an email containing a track-and-trace code.

We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of it being placed subject to credit card authorisation and stock availability. The estimated days of delivery will take approximately 2-5 working days.
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties and local fees. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We hope you are a huge fan of your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn merchandise for a refund. We offer you the right to cancel your purchase bought online, without having to provide any reason, within 30 days from the day after you have received your products. We will issue you with a refund for the returned products, as we do not offer direct exchanges or swaps for online purchases. If you are wanting to exchange your online purchased products, please place a new order on our webshop. To receive a full refund of your items, please follow the instructions below.Â
You have the right to return your unwanted items within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a written statement (e.g. by e-mail to info.haasf1team@tricorp.com) that you are withdrawing from the contract. Please always clearly indicate which products (article name / article number), order date, order number and your contact details. We will send you an RMA number to put on your return package. Please note that we cannot accept any returned goods without an assigned RMA number. Unfortunately, not by choice but by law, non-EU customers may be subject to additional charges and duties when returning the items to our warehouse in the Netherlands. In which case any extra duties and charges will be borne by you. Please check with your courier for a list of associated charges. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You will receive your refund when we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. You must return the goods within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
All shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer.
