Order & Delivery

We are open to international orders and we will make sure that the goods are accessible for you. Please ensure when placing an order that the country of shipping destination is selected correctly.

 

We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of it being placed subject to credit card authorisation and stock availability. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties and local fees. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Shipping rates

The shipping costs are as following: Free of charge with an order value above €100/£100/$100. Benelux: €5, Germany: €5, United Kingdom: £7.50, Rest of Europe: €7,50/$7.50. USA $15 and Rest of the world: $30.

The estimated days of delivery will take approximately 2-5 working days.

Payments

You can easily order your favorite products in the Haas F1 online store since we offer you various opportunities to pay for your order. If you choose to use PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction, after which you will automatically return to the Haas F1 online store.

Returns & Refund

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any item(s) that you have ordered, provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in original unused condition (including packaging & boxes) within 30 days of receipt, we will immediately refund the purchase price of the item/s using the same method as your original payment. Please return all goods to the following address: Tricorp B.V., Hercules 22, 5126 RK Gilze, The Netherlands. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning any item(s) to us. All Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time provided that your order has not been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service team at: info.haasf1team@tricorp.com.

Size guide

With MySize ID you can easily find out which size fits you best. When you go to the product page of your desired product and press the button “What’s my size?”, you can enter your gender, height, and weight, after which you will see your recommended size. Do you want a more accurate recommendation? Download the MySize ID app, create an account and follow the steps to measure yourself to complete your profile. By logging into the MySize ID module on the product page, you will be quickly shown your recommended size.
